Your mental health is important, too: we provide up to ten free counseling and coaching sessions a year for you and your dependents, along with other services.

As a Ford employee, you will have access to a broad suite of financial programs—including retirement, savings, and life insurance —to help you build a secure future. Salaried employees are eligible to participate in a generous retirement plan that includes a company contribution of at least 3.5% of your salary PLUS a match of 90% on the first 5% of your own contributions. In addition, Ford provides employees with free access to investment advice and planning tools via Edelman Financial Engines.

Additionally, you'll get vacation days and two weeks of flexible family care time to help you be your best self at work. If you're thinking about expanding your family, we have programs to help. U.S. salaried employees receive comprehensive fertility, surrogacy and adoption assistance; maternity and paternity leave; and a four-week new parent ramp-up program with a part-time schedule and full-time pay.
